adequately pleasant stay

spacious room room service convenient location poor soundproofing awkward steps tired facility
my room was spacious , and it had tall ceilings . i appreciated the breakfast brought to the room each morning. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions.
the soundproofing was not ideal , i could hear hallway noises and conversations. the steps between the bed , sitting area , and bathroom were somewhat awkward. i found the facility to appear somewhat tired.

thin walls hard pillows
The room size and available accommodations met my requirements.
I found the floors and walls to be insufficiently soundproofed. I heard rolling luggage , the tapping of shoes , and voices from the lobby. The pillows were also too firm for my preference.

Acceptable, but Some Issues with the Room

poor shower lighting lacking privacy
The location was convenient to nearby attractions. I appreciated this aspect.
The room assigned to me was not up to the standard I expected for the price. The shower lacked proper lighting. The open design of the toilet room to the rest of the suite offered little privacy (something I value).

a charming experience

friendly staff convenient location relaxing atmosphere
The staff were very FRIENDLY. the location was convenient, and the room had a relaxing atmosphere. i especially enjoyed that breakfast was delivered to my room each morning. It exceeded my expectations. i will definitely recommend this place!
the only slight issue i encountered was the jacuzzi room. i had originally booked the steam shower room, and there was a switch. i would have PREFERRED the shower.

the room featured four windows equipped with blinds designed to effectively block light, a very comfy bed with nice linens. the bathroom included a top notch steam shower and everything was thoroughly cleaned to my satisfaction.

There are two types of traditional rooms, one featuring a steam shower and the other a jetted tub. The rooms with jetted tubs are not available for online booking.
