the soundproofing was not ideal , i could hear hallway noises and conversations. the steps between the bed , sitting area , and bathroom were somewhat awkward. i found the facility to appear somewhat tired.

The staff were very FRIENDLY. the location was convenient, and the room had a relaxing atmosphere. i especially enjoyed that breakfast was delivered to my room each morning. It exceeded my expectations. i will definitely recommend this place!

the only slight issue i encountered was the jacuzzi room. i had originally booked the steam shower room, and there was a switch. i would have PREFERRED the shower.

The room I got wasn't great. The noise from the building's ventilation system was terrible. It sounded like a loud boiler, hard to sleep. I complained to the front desk, but they said the hotel was full and they couldn't do anything!
